Privacy policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how SIRAJSPARK uses information received through the contact form or by email and technical browsing data on sirajspark.com.

Data controller

SIRAJSPARK, a single-member limited liability company under Moroccan law (SARL à associé unique), registered in the Casablanca trade register under no. 675253, with its registered office at 10 Rue Liberté, Étage 3, Appartement n°5, Casablanca, Morocco.

Information collected

The form requires your name, email address and message. Your company name is optional. If you email us directly, we also receive any information and attachments you choose to send.

Cloudflare processes technical data, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver pages and protect the website against abuse.

How we use your information

We use this information to reply to your inquiry and, at your request, prepare a potential project. It is not sold or used for newsletters, advertising or marketing campaigns.

These activities are governed by Moroccan law no. 09-08 and, where its conditions of application are met, the GDPR. Processing is based on steps requested by the individual before entering into a contract or on our legitimate interest in replying to inquiries and securing the website.

Message delivery and storage

Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and runs the contact form’s processing. Resend sends the message to our mailbox. Google is used to read and reply to emails.

The website does not record inquiries in a contact database or CRM. Messages are retained in the mailbox; providers may also retain data needed to deliver their services.

Processing outside Morocco

We handle inquiries in Morocco. Our providers’ services may involve processing data in other countries, including the United States. Processing locations depend on the services and their configuration. Applicable international-transfer rules continue to apply to these operations.

Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange, or earlier when no longer needed.

Documents needed for a contract, a legal obligation or the defense of legal claims may be retained longer, for the necessary period. Providers’ technical data is subject to their own retention periods.

Your rights

Under the conditions set out in law no. 09-08, you can access your data, request corrections and object to processing on legitimate grounds. You can request erasure or blocking of data processed in breach of that law. Where the GDPR applies, rights to erasure, restriction and portability also apply under its conditions.

For questions, to exercise your rights or to request details about providers and data transfers, email contact@sirajspark.com.

You can lodge a complaint with the CNDP. Where the GDPR applies, you can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Cookies and tracking

The website’s application sets no cookies and includes no audience measurement, advertising or visitor tracking tools. This policy will be updated if the services used change.
